The present invention relates to a signal line for applying a signal to a display panel driver IC and a circuit board in which patterns are printed. An embodiment of the present invention suggests a signal line for applying a signal to a display panel driver IC, which includes: a scan start signal line disposed at an outer edge thereof, for transmitting a scan start signal to a display panel IC; a first pair wire including a first clock signal line for transmitting a first clock signal to the driver IC and a first inverse clock signal line for transmitting a first inverse clock signal having a phase which is inverse to that of the first clock signal, the first clock signal line and the first inverse clock signal line corresponding to a pair; a second pair wire including a second clock signal line for transmitting a second clock signal to the driver IC and a second inverse clock signal line for transmitting a second inverse clock signal having a phase which is inverse to that of the second clock signal, the second clock signal line and the second inverse clock signal line corresponding to another pair, wherein the first pair wire and the second pair wire are disposed adjacent to each other, and the first clock line and the second clock signal line, and the first inverse clock signal line and the second inverse clock signal line are disposed to be symmetrical to each other.
