The present invention includes a handover calculation device mounted on a train to determine a point of time of handover of the train. The handover calculation device includes a train movement distance computation unit that calculates a train movement distance of the train which is moving from a reference point; a marginal distance calculation unit that calculates a marginal distance that reflects an error of the train movement distance by a tacho generator error formed in the train during the movement of the train by the train movement distance; and a handover computation unit that determines a point of time when a handover determination distance, which is obtained by subtracting the train length that is the total length of the train and the marginal distance from the train movement distance, exceeds a previously set handover reference distance as a point of time of handover of the train.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
