The present invention relates to a color light therapy drive device equipped in a portable smart communication device. The color light therapy drive device runs a color light therapy program if a power plug of the color light therapy device, which is used being connected to the portable smart communication device, is connected to the portable smart communication device, provides a user interface (UI) screen for color light therapy while switching an operation mode of the portable smart communication device to a color light therapy mode, and provides the color light therapy device, with a driving voltage to enable the color light therapy device to irradiate rays with an intensity set by a user, for an irradiation time set by the user, in an irradiation pattern set by the user, to the user through the UI screen for color light therapy. The color light therapy drive device is safe and free from side effects by using visible light, and allows a user to conveniently cure and prevent various afflictions through the color light therapy program in the portable smart communication device regardless of time and place.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
