The present invention relates to a probe for diagnosing the polyserositis of a pig and a diagnostic method using the same and, more specifically, to a pig polyserositis diagnosing method which is able to accurately detect a streptococcus without an additional bacteria separation and rapidly and accurately diagnose a polyserositis due to a streptococcus by checking an infection state of the streptococcus and the distribution situation of a pathogen in a tissue with naked eye without a bacteria separation.
