A method for manufacturing a neutron absorber is disclosed. The method for manufacturing the neutron absorber of the present invention comprises the steps of providing a metal base material; and ejecting a neutron absorbing material by a cold spray coating apparatus and forming a composite coating layer by using high pressure gas to melt corrosion resistance material by an electric arc spray coating apparatus, to mix and eject by a droplet unit, and to laminate and coagulate on the surface of the metal base material.
