The present invention relates to an adaptive zero current detection circuit and a zero current detection method used for a switching DC-DC converter. The adaptive zero current detection circuit according to an embodiment can precisely control each switch of the DC-DC converter at the point of zero current to enhance the efficiency of the entire system.
