The present invention relates to an industrial large-capacity ultrafine particle humidifying and atomizing apparatus with a nebulizer structure and, more specifically, an industrial large-capacity ultrafine particle humidifying and atomizing apparatus with a nebulizer structure, which comprises: a housing main body having a nozzle at the upper side thereof, and having an installation space therein; a water tank installed in the housing main body; a water storage tank receiving water from the water tank, and internally having a water level sensor sensing the level of the water filling the water storage tank; a supply part supplying the water to the water tank, and having a control valve; a vibration atomizing device receiving the water from the water storage tank, and atomizing the water; a guide part guiding water vapor, which is generated from the vibration atomizing device, to the nozzle; and a control part controlling the operation of the control valve and the vibration atomizing device. According to the present invention, the vibration atomizing device installed in the housing main body has multiple ultrasonic vibration parts, thereby controlling the amount of the water vapor jetted through the nozzle. In addition, the housing main body further includes a shield device to allow the particles of the water vapor to collide with a collision mesh and a rotational collision part, thereby converting the particles of the water vapor into fine aerosols by separating and downsizing the particles of the water vapor, and filtering foreign matters out of the water vapor.
