The present invention utilizing fast stream of a river generates electricity 24 hours a day by a water pipe buried on a side of a river, water provided from a waterfall where height difference exists at a location near to or remote from, a plurality of water wheels built to obtain rotational power, a water pump to pump water, and dozens of water wheels built at the top and at the bottom to obtain powerful rotational power. Existing ways of generating electricity with water utilizing natural waterfall is available only at a certain location, and existing ways of generating electricity with water utilizing artificial waterfall requires vast amount of investment money and maintenance costs. In addition, wind power and solar power generation are not possible to operate for long hours to generate electricity. A power generation facility in the present invention is possible to build in a near distance or a remote distance, even in downtown area. Furthermore, excessive electricity can be sold to Korea Electric Power Corporation for the welfare of an old.
