The present invention relates to a pesticide composition for controlling scale insects including a Quisqualis indica extract which is safe to humans, animals and environment. The pesticide composition including a Quisqualis indica extract is applied during a generation period of the scale insects; and thus is highly effective for controlling the scale insects.
