The present invention relates to a method for enhancing miRNA extraction efficiency which exists in a cell in the minimum amount by adding a triton X-100. The present invention is able to quantitatively and quickly analyze a miRNA which exists in a sample in the minimum amount. The miRNA extraction method which adds a triton X-100, provided by the present invention, is able to enhance extraction efficiency more than two times in comparison with a case of using only a trisol reagent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
