The present invention relates to the structure of an ultraviolet reactor for sterilizing, with ultraviolet rays, ballast water in a ballast water treatment system. The ultraviolet reactor according to the present invention comprises: a first body (210) in the shape of a hollow rectangular column having both end parts in a lengthwise direction opened; a seawater inflow pipe (300) that is manufactured separately from the first body (210); a seawater outflow pipe (400) that is manufactured separately from the first body (210); and a plurality of ultraviolet lamps (500) arranged across the first body (210). Flanges (211, 221) for connection are formed at the end part of the separately manufactured first body (210) and at the facing end part of the seawater inflow pipe (300), and the facing flanges (211, 221) for connection are detachably combined by coupling units. Flanges (212, 231) for connection are formed at the end part of the separately manufactured first body (210) and at the facing end part of the seawater outflow pipe (400), and the facing flanges (212, 231) for connection are detachably combined by coupling units. According to the ultraviolet reactor according to the present invention, the ultraviolet reactor can be manufactured and assembled easily by manufacturing the seawater inflow pipe and the seawater outflow pipe separately from the body and detachably combining the pipes, and can be maintained conveniently as the pipes are attached and detached easily.
