The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring fluorescence, which can measure skin autofluorescence in order to perform evaluation on various diseases by measuring skin autofluorescence from a material accumulated on the skin. The apparatus can simply compensate for a measurement error of skin fluorescence due to reflected light of radiating light on the surface of the skin and the scattering and absorption of light inside the skin, can be compactly structured, and can be produced in quantity. The apparatus for measuring fluorescence can radiate or detect light to a reference sample or an object to be measured, by comprising: a pyramidal measuring module where a first light source, a second light source, a first light detector, and a second light detector are mounted on four sides of a pyramidal holder; a light source switching control unit which controls the on/off of the first and second light sources; and a calculating unit which calculates a fluorescence signal detected by the first and second light detectors and a skin fluorescence signal compensated from a reflected light signal. The second light source radiates light with a wavelength range of the skin fluorescence which is excited and released by excitation light from the first light source.
