Disclosed are a method and a device for displaying a landing area of a ball in an online golf game. The method for displaying a landing area of a ball in an online golf game comprises the steps of: determining a driving distance according to one of topography of a ball which is hit during an online golf game or a golf club; and visually displaying a landing area, where the hit ball can land, around the driving distance point determined according to the topography of the ball or the golf club.
