The present invention is a function of messenger to connect with person to other person living apart from each other without personal information, comprising the steps of: inputting and processing members personal information and distance information; applying to a communication between members; sending a packet of applying to the communication to a place communication server (2); finding a matching person satisfying all matching conditions including time and distance of the applicant for the communication; and sending a packet of reply containing the ID list to the applicant for the communication and the matching person if there is a matching person.
