The present invention relates to a method of removing an overlap of a three-dimensional image in a three-dimensional display system configured to stack a transparent display panel in multiple layers and, more specifically, to a method of removing an overlap of an image displayed on a front two-dimensional display panel by displaying image regions except for an image region projected by the image displayed on the front two-dimensional display panel on each two-dimensional display panel when each two-dimensional image is displayed on the two-dimensional display panel. Therefore, the present invention secures a three-dimensional clear image and relieves the fatigue of the eye of an observer due to the clear quality by removing the overlap of the three-dimensional image.
