SERUM-FREE MEDIUM FOR ANIMAL CELL CULTURE AND COMPOSITIONS FOR IMPROVING SKIN CONDITIONS USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a serum-free medium for culturing animal cells and a composition for improving skin conditions using the same. More specifically, components which are allowed as ingredients of medical products or cosmetic products constitute the components of the serum-free medium for culturing generally-used animal cells, and the composition and content of inorganic salt, amino acid, and vitamin are changed, so that the stability of a dosage form is improved. Moreover, in the present invention, a cytokine combination is added in the medium composition so that a skin cell is cultured at the cell growth rate of an existing serum-containing medium. Also, the composition including the serum-free medium as an active ingredient for improving skin conditions exhibits effects in improving skin elasticity, reinforcing lifting, increasing a blood flow rate, and improving brightness and transparency.
