A touchscreen is a contact type display device, which executes an instruction when a user puts the hand or a special device to a specific instruction portion on a screen. Here, the device touching the touchscreen is called a touch pen. This touch pen is the representative device of a mobile device. And, the use of a near field communication (NFC) function that is a non-contact type local communication method in NFC cards, NFC business cards, NFC accessories, NFC characters, etc. has been increasing. We need to provide the convenience of a user in portability by integrating and simplifying the touch pen or an article having the NFC function to the maximum. The purpose of the present invention is to give an NFC communication function that is a non-contact type local communication method consisting of an NFC antenna and an NFC chip to the touch pen in order to integrate and simplify the touch pen that is the representative device of the mobile device and the article having the NFC function into one.
