Embodiments of the present invention relate to an automatic vehicle dispatching management system using a tag capable of enabling a user to call a vehicle dispatching service provider with a simple operation of reading tag data on a card for providing a call-type vehicle dispatching service through a smart device and receive a vehicle dispatching service and an automatic vehicle dispatching management method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the automatic vehicle dispatching management system includes: a vehicle dispatching request card in which unit identification data is stored; a vehicle dispatching service provider terminal which transmits a vehicle dispatching request signal including the current location data when the unique identification data in the vehicle dispatching request card is read to an external service through a communication network, inputs a signal to generate vehicle dispatching request data, transmits the generated vehicle dispatching request data to the external server through the communication network, and has a function to receive vehicle dispatching notification data through the communication network; a vehicle dispatching service integrated management server which maps the unique identification data of the vehicle dispatching request card and the vehicle dispatching request data for each vehicle dispatching service provider terminal, stores the data, when a vehicle dispatching request signal is transmitted from a registered vehicle dispatching service provider terminal generates a vehicle dispatching signal based on the pre-stored vehicle dispatching request data, and transmits the generated vehicle dispatching signal to a vehicle dispatching service user who registers a departure point within a pre-defined range radius around the location of the vehicle dispatching service provider terminal through the communication network, and a vehicle dispatching service user terminal of which the departure point when using the vehicle dispatching service is mapped to the unique identification data and registered in the vehicle dispatching service integrated management server and which transmits a vehicle request signal to the vehicle dispatching service integrated management server through the communication network.
