The present invention relates to a smart grid based power control complex apparatus using a smart device. The present invention comprises a home appliance tag which provides function information, identification information for each home appliance with an RF method and which is formed as an RFID tag or an NFC tag. The smart device comprises a tag reader formed as an RFID reader or an NFC reader to execute data transmission and reception, and sensing for the home appliance tag and a detailed control module for turning on the power in the home appliance when the power of the home appliance is turned off or for turning off the power in the home appliance when the power of the home appliance is turned on by transmitting a power on-off command for the home appliance to the home appliance tag when the home appliance is sensed by transmitting the data to the home appliance tag in the power control complex apparatus including the smart device. Therefore, the present invention provides an effect capable of controlling the power for various home appliances by sensing the smart device for the RFID tag or the NFC tag.
