Disclosed is an optical biosensor. The optical biosensor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a biosensing unit which receives an input light signal and generates a detection light signal by sensing biomaterials, a detection unit which converts the detection light signal into an electric signal and outputs the electric signal as a detected signal, and a feedback circuit which outputs a feedback signal conducting control to convert the wavelength characteristics of the detection light signal based on the detected signal. The wavelength of the input light signal or the resonant wavelength of the biosensing unit may be changed in response to the feedback signal.
