The present invention relates to a methanol gasoline additive for preventing phase separation at low temperature and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a methanol gasoline additive which can reduce pollutant materials occurrence while alcohols including methanol are mixed with the solvent and methanol gasoline is manufactured without phase separation at low temperature, the method comprising the steps of: preparing base materials of methanol gasoline by mixing methanol and tritid and naphta with toluene; manufacturing the methanol gasoline additive by mixing isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, methyl tertiary butyl ether and enzyme additives to the base materials; comparing and evaluating the result after the phase separation of the methanol gasoline additives obtained in the previous step is completed. The present invention has excellent effects in reducing air pollution from exhaust gas by reducing soot and smoke amounts and has the same performance as gasoline at affordable price compared with the gasoline.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
