NOVEL DOMESTIC-TYPE PORCINE REPRODUCTIVE AND RESPIRATORY SYNDROME VIRUS

The present invention relates to JW-PRRSV (KCTC 12096BP), which is a Korean-type porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) virus isolated in Korea, and a vaccine composition using the same and a prevention method for PRRS. The Korean-type PRRS virus according to the present invention, having accession number KCTC 12096BP, is a Korean-type PRRS virus which is distinct from North American types and European types. Thus, a vaccine composition specific to Korean-type PRRS can be produced to have an effect of preventing the Korean-type PRRS, or specifically diagnosing infection of the Korean-type PRRS virus.
