The present invention relates to a patent of a medicine applied field. In particular, the present invention relates to a patent for a medical use of a miliary injection which inactivates the viruses of blood vessel spots, leukemia, AIDS, and hepatitis. In the present invention, a sufficient quantity of singlet oxygen (^1O_2) is generated under the condition of miliary injections through a technique such as lasers, X-rays, ultrasound, and medicines using a photosensitizer which has several times higher affinity with blood vessel spot lesions, leukemia cells, tumor, and viruses than normal tissue cells, so that lesions or viruses are destroyed. The miliary injection of the present invention treats disease without causing severe side effects in normal tissues and organs in a human body.
