The present invention relates to a strontium titanate photocatalytic particle doped with fluorine for generating hydrogen and to a manufacturing method of a strontium titanate photocatalytic particle doped with fluorine by using a spray pyrolysis method. According to the present invention, a strontium titanate particle doped with fluorine (F) manufactured by the spray pyrolysis method has porosity degree bigger than that of particles manufactured by an existing method, and a photocatalytic particle whose speed for generating hydrogen is significantly increased can be manufactured by continuous process.
