The present invention relates to a mine drainage water treatment equipment using an integrated flow passage and a hydroponic green area. Provided is the mine drainage water treatment equipment using the integrated flow passage and the hydroponic green area, whereby the mine drainage water treatment equipment comprises: an inflow port into which a mine drainage water flows; a flow passage which has one end part connected to the inflow port; filter media filled in the flow passage; a hydroponic green area formed on top of the flow passage; and a discharge passage formed on the other end part of the flow passage through which purified water is discharged. The flow passage is extended to a maximum length in a narrow area to be formed in zigzags in order to increase the retention time of the mine drainage water, thereby performing high-efficiency natural purification.
