The present invention relates to a dual energy computed tomography-angiography (DECT-ANGIO) fusion device and a myocardial viability analyzing method using the same. Provided by the present invention is an integrated system in which the diagnosis and treatment of a cardiac disorder are performed in one place. An apparatus of the present invention is able to obtain a heart CT delay image for a myocardial viability assessment within 10-15 minutes after a diagnostic angiography by performing a heart CT without a time delay for the movement of a patient right after a coronary angiography. Moreover, a delayed contrast for the myocardial viability assessment using the apparatus of the present invention is able to overcome problems which are caused by the overdose of an existing contrast medium by using a contrast medium which was directly injected into a coronary artery during a coronary angiography.
