According to the present invention, the system to detect complex issues based on social media analysis includes: a single issue detection unit which receives a keyword from a user terminal and detects single issues by type related to the received keyword; a complex issue detection unit which detects complex issues by type from the detected single issues by type; a complex issue ranking unit which analyzes the detected complex issues by type and ranks the complex issues by type by the analysis resu and a complex issue organization unit which organizes the ranked complex issues by type in a predefined format with which users can draw up micro-trends and provides the organized format to the users.
