Disclosed are a mobile web page transmitting system, a mobile web page providing apparatus and a providing method thereof, and a mobile web page editing apparatus and an editing method thereof. The mobile web page transmitting system according to the present invention comprises: a subscriber terminal which corresponds to a registered subscriber; an editor providing server which stores source data including a plurality of images, video and texts, and which provides the subscriber terminal with an editor for combining at least two source data to generate or edit a mobile web page; a location information transmitting server which stores the mobile web page generated or edited by the editor, generates location information corresponding to the stored mobile web page, and transmits the generated location information to at least one mobile; and a specification check server which receives mobile identification information of a receiver to which location information is to be transmitted from the subscriber terminal, and which checks specifications of a mobile corresponding to the input mobile identification information of the receiver in connection with a mobile communication company server, wherein the location information transmitting server transmits location information to a corresponding mobile when the specifications checked by the specification check server are more than set specifications.
