A device for enthanasia of pets comprises an expansion member (1) which has a U shape and is variably expanded as air is injected thereinto; reinforcing portions (2) which is provided at both open ends of the expansion member to compress a glottis part of the respiratory system, where breath passes therethrough; an air inlet (3) which is provided on one end of the expansion member to receive air; a high-pressure tube member (4) which transmits air and pressure to the expansion member through the air inlet by being compressed with high pressure; and a switch valve (5) which is provided on the high-pressure tube member to control the discharge of air and pressure. Therefore, the device can administer enthanasia of animals by applying an external force to an occipital part of the respiratory system.
