The present invention relates to a sluice gate automatic operation system for a flood control reservoir and a rainwater reservoir. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sluice gate automatic operation system for a flood control reservoir and a rainwater reservoir, which is not directly operated by a human at the site of the gates, but is capable of automatically operating a drainage gate and sluice gates at the floor control reservoir or the rainwater reservoir around a reservoir, sea, or a river based on related documents, thereby preparing for flood or preventing the backflow of sea water at high tide or river water. The present invention also controls the gates by periodically collecting the forecasts of localized heavy rain from the meteorological administration or tidal predictions from the national hydrographic and oceanographic administration, and informs corresponding information on the forecasts of localized heavy rain and the tidal predictions of a manager in order to allow the manager to quickly recognize approaching situations, thereby efficiently managing a facility.
