The present invention relates to a device to automatically replace a backup jig and a mask in accordance to the replacement of a printed circuit board of a screen printer, and a method to automatically replace a backup jig and a mask using the same. The present invention can quickly turn to the production of new printed circuit boards without unnecessarily wasting time and manpower in a process of individually replacing a backup jig and a mask; and the inconvenience of a replacement work by automatically replacing the mask of a screen printer used in the production of the new printed circuit boards and the backup jig corresponding to the mask as an automatic mask replacement unit and an automatic backup jig replacement unit are integrated; thereby increasing productivity and efficiency by the reduction of operating hours. Also, the present invention can minimize the defects of products caused by the replacement work because the mask of the screen printer and the backup jig are not excessively replaced by manpower, but quickly replaced by an automatic process to minimize the change of the processing conditions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
