The present invention relates to a high frequency heat treatment device for a guide rail capable of thermally treating the surface of a guide rail with high frequencies. The high frequency heat treatment device for a guide rail comprises: a high frequency heat treatment unit for thermally treating the guide rail (GR) with the high frequencies; an introduction unit (20) on which the guide rail (GR) is placed to supply the guide rail (GR) to the high frequency heat treatment unit (10); a draw-out roller unit (30) for supplying the guide rail (GR) placed on the introduction unit (10) to the high frequency heat treatment unit (10); and a discharge roller unit (40) for discharging the guide rail (GR) thermally treated in the high frequency heat treatment unit (10). The high frequency heat treatment device for a guide rail additionally comprises: a first guide tunnel unit (50) arranged between the draw-out roller unit (30) and the high frequency heat treatment unit (10) to prevent the guide rail (GR) from being curved by the high frequency heating of the high frequency heat treatment unit (10); and a second guide tunnel unit (60) arranged between the high frequency heat treatment unit (10) and the discharge roller unit (40) to prevent the guide rail (GR) from being curved by the high frequency heating of the high frequency heat treatment unit (10).
