Disclosed are a bullet-shaped capsule for the sampling of a livestock product and a livestock product sampling device having the same, which are to take and store a sample by cutting the carcass of the livestock product. The bullet-shaped capsule according to the present invention comprises an ogive, a cylinder container, a blade, and a water absorbing agent. The ogive is hollow, has a cross section becoming smaller toward the front end of the ogive so that the ogive can penetrate the carcass of the livestock product, and has an inlet formed on the outer surface thereof to receive the sample from the cut carcass. The cylinder container extended from the rear side of the ogive has a chamber communicating with the inlet in order to store the sample. The blade is formed on the edge of the inlet to cut the carcass. The water absorbing agent housed in the chamber absorbs and removes water from the sample. The livestock product sampling device according to the present invention includes the bullet-shaped capsules and cartridge tubes. The cartridge tube has a bore in which the bullet-shaped capsule is housed to be able to rotate and translate. In addition, the livestock product sampling device according to the present invention includes: a cartridge strip magazine capable of loading the cartridge tubes therein; and an electric manual tool having an operating unit allowing the bullet-shaped capsule to rotate and translate to cut the carcass. According to the present invention, the sample can be taken and stored by conveniently and hygienically cutting the carcass when the electric manual tool allows the bullet-shaped capsule to rotate and translate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
