摘要

The present invention relates to a smart energy storage system using an inverter pump powered by renewable energy of a high-rise building, and a usage method thereof. The smart energy storage system comprises: a power supply part which supplies heat energy or electricity; a power control part which powers the inverter pump; a rooftop storage tank which stores water; the inverter pump which pumps water stored in an underground tank and stores the pumped water in the rooftop storage tank; a hot water supplying and heating part which supplies hot water and performs heating; the underground tank which supplies the water to the rooftop storage tank and the hot water supplying and heating part; a pumped storage power generation part which generates power by allowing the water stored in the rooftop storage tank to fall down; and a control part which improves energy storage efficiency by controlling the power supply part (100), the power control part, the hot water supplying and heating part, and the pumped storage power generation part.
