The present invention provides a wastewater recycling apparatus comprising: a mixing tank for introducing raw water, inputting a first flocculant and rapidly churning the first flocculant; a flocculating tank for precipitating flocculated floc generated by slowly churning the raw water, which overflows from the mixing tank, and making the precipitated floc overflow; a neutralizing tank for filtering the overflowing floc via a screen net, inputting a second flocculant to re-flocculate the raw water and the minute floc, which have gone through the screen net, and rapidly churning the second flocculant; a settling tank for making the raw water, which has overflowed from the neutralizing tank, overflow again, settling the flocculated floc and re-circulating the settled floc to the screen net; and a filtering tank for purifying the raw water, which has overflowed from the settling tank, and re-circulating the purified raw water to the mixing tank.
