The present invention relates to a construction method for a ground heat exchange system using the floor space of an underground structure, which can geothermal heat from the floor space of an underground structure such as an underground parking lot in an apartment or a commercial building in order to utilize the geothermal heat in heating and cooling. The conventional ground heat exchange system has problems of preparing for an additional site for installing a ground heat exchanger, and of requiring excavation and burying processes for installing the ground heat exchanger, thereby increasing installation costs. To solve the above problems, the provide construction method for a ground heat exchange system using the floor space of an underground structure can be easily installed and save construction costs by installing a horizontal ground heat exchanger in a mat basis when constructing the floor of an underground parking lot in an apartment or a commercial building.
