The present invention provides polysilsesquioxane with an ionic functional group represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R_1, R_2 and R_3 are selected respectively and independently from the group consisting of quaternary amine, which is an ionic functional group, aliphatic amine and organic functional groups, and at least one among R_1, R_2 and R_3 is an ionic functional group and n is an integer of 1 to 10,000. The polysilsesquioxane with a functionalized ionic functional group and a high molecular weight according to the present invention can be used in various fields owing to properties such as high ionic conductivity, excellent heat resistance, coatability and processability. Also, the present invention provides a method for obtaining an organic-inorganic hybrid material that can introduce various inorganic salts via anionic exchange and can be given high-level functionality.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
