A yield prediction system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a crop image acquisition unit to collect an image of a fruit tree and check identification information of the collected fruit tree; a branch pattern recognition unit to receive the image of the fruit tree whose identification information is checked and extract a fruit branch from branch types of the fruit tree whose identification information is checked; a fruit tree bud recognition unit to receive an image of the extracted fruit branch and extract information of a bud from which fruit actually grows among the buds included in the fruit branch; a meta DB to store previous yield prediction information of the collected fruit tree; and a yield estimation unit to predict the yield of the fruit tree by receiving the extracted bud information and the previous yield prediction information of the fruit tree and comparing the received bud information and the previous yield prediction information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
