A phase shifter using a single Gilbert-cell is disclosed. The phase shifter using the single Gilbert-cell includes two pairs of upper transistors crossing and being coupled to each other; and pairs of lower transistors coupled to one between the pairs of upper transistors, respectively, wherein the two pairs of upper transistors receive input signals with a differential phase angle of 90 degrees from each of the coupled lower transistors, and each transistor of the two pairs of upper transistors independently receives gate input. According to the configuration, the present invention can realize the phase shifter using one Gilbert-cell, thereby reducing consumption power and a size of a circuit and providing a vector summation type with an enhanced circuit operation characteristic.
