Disclosed is a method for manufacturing scented ceramics having excellent scent storage rate of a carrier, providing the stability of continuous scent diffusion even in the change of environments, and maintaining scent storage performance for a long period of time. The method for manufacturing scented ceramics comprises: a step of preparing a material by mixing one or more among titania, alumina, zeolite, and silica; a step of forming a honeycomb and a hollow pellet by press-molding the single or mixed material; a step of drying the honeycomb and the pellet after the press-molding step; and a step of plasticizing the honeycomb and the pellet. According to the other aspect of the present invention, the method for manufacturing scented ceramics comprises: a step of preparing a material by mixing one or more among titania, alumina, zeolite, and silica; a step of spraying and drying the single or mixed material; a step of forming a honeycomb and a hollow pellet by press-molding the single or mixed material; a step of drying the honeycomb and the pellet after the press-molding step; and a step of plasticizing the honeycomb and the pellet. Thus, the present invention can have excellent scent storage rate of a carrier, can stably and continuously diffuse scent in a limited space, and can complexly, systematically, and efficiently control the diffusion of the scent.
