The present invention relates to a novel cell penetrating peptide comprising multiple motifs derived from RGD analogs and a use thereof. The peptide comprising multiple motifs of the present invention is not cytotoxic and increases intracellular absorption of asymmetric liposome (ALP) when binding to the asymmetric liposome, thus can be usefully used in various drug delivery systems for treatments and a drug treatment technology.
