The present invention relates to a system and a method for sharing experience based medical image knowledge, which shares medical image knowledge information including workflow generated by a knowledge provider and information on a tool used while each procedure included in the workflow; outputs a tool bar including the tool used in corresponding to each procedure if editing the medical image using the shared medical image knowledge information is started; and provides an intermediate result generated by an expert as requested by a user.
