The present invention relates to an identification tag for plants representing information on the corresponding plant and to an identification tag for managing a plant entity where a bar code or a tag containing information can be easily attached. According to the invention, in order to solve problems related to conventional plant management method, which is not efficient in managing respective plants with respect to street trees or a forest, an application, which is entitled IDENTIFICATION TAG FOR PLANTS FOR MANAGING PLANT ENTITIES and filed by the applicant of the present application, is improved and there is provided an identification tag for managing a plant entity, where a bar code, an RFID tag, and a name tag can be attached, whose radius is changeable as the tree, to which the identification tag is attached, grows. Also, the identification tag is not separated from an attachment position due to external factors such as wind and can be consistently maintained at the same position as the tree grows.
