ASSETS AND SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD IN REALTIME USING RFID ACTIVE TAG

The present invention relates to a system for managing security and assets in real time based on positions by utilizing radio frequency identification (RFID), characterized in comprising: RFID tags (220) which are linked with respective assets; an RFID antenna (210) which searches for the RFID tags (220), which are attached to the respective assets; an RFID reader (200) which detects the RFID tag (220), which is searched for by the RFID antenna (210); a main server (100) which analyzes data based on positions of registered assets and performs asset management and security management; a manager personal computer (PC) (600) which can manage the main server; and a user PC (400) which can request input and output of the assets. According to the invention, positions of the assets, to which the RFID tags (220) are attached, are acknowledged and managed in real time by using an RFID technology, such that the assets are managed in real time and impermissible movements of the assets are detected and prevented, thereby maintaining real time security. By doing so, operation efficiency is drastically improved compared to conventional asset management which manually acknowledges the assets one by one, and property damage is prevented in advance, even when the assets are stolen or lost.
