COMPOSITION CONTAINING EXTRACTS OF KOREAN ANGELICA ROOT AND KOREAN EPIMEDIUM FOR PREVENTING OR IMPROVING MALE INFERTILITY

The present invention relates to a composition containing extract of Korean angelica root and Korean epimedium for preventing or improving male infertility and the combination of composition effective for male infertility by increasing the number of sperm, enhancing the sperm motility, and increasing the level of testosterone. The present invention provides a composition containing a hot water extract or an ethanol extract of Korean angelica root and an ethanol extract of Korean epimedium for preventing or improving male infertility to accomplish the intended goal. The appropriate concentration of ethanol used for the ethanol extract of Korean angelica root is less than 50%, but the appropriate concentration of ethanol used for the ethanol extract of Korean epimedium is more than 50%. Preferably, the ethanol extract of Korean epimedium is desirable if extracted using 90% ethanol, and the extract of Korean angelica root is desirable if extracted using 30% ethanol or hot water.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
