摘要

The present invention relates to a small leucine-zipper protein of human in osteogenesis. More specifically, sLZIP plays an important role in osteogenesis by increasing the transcription activity of Runx2 and increases differentiation of osteoblast by inhibiting transcriptional activity of PPAR2, thus can be used as a marker for bone disease treatment and therapeutic drug development.
