The present invention relates to a floating body for wave-power generation, a wave-power generation system using the same, and an operation method for the same. The floating body for wave-power generation according to the present invention comprises a floating part for providing buoyancy; a skirt at the bottom of the floating body to be open towards the bottom and to form a bottom space for accepting water; and a crown for forming a top space which is open towards the top of the floating part.
