PURPOSE: A construction of living organism habitats using a porous system and a river-front space is provided to obtain high quality water source and water quality through a flow pipe. CONSTITUTION: A construction of living organism habitats using a porous system and a river-front space comprises a plurality of water collecting sumps each of which is dipped in a terrace land on a river(10), has a plurality of pitches and has an inner space providing habitat for underwater creatures; porous pipe(20) which connects the river and the water collecting sumps, is installed in a reverse direction of the river; a filter layer(40) which filters water; and a natural symbiosis lake(50) which is formed in the upper part of the filter layer. The sumps are connected to each other by connection pipes. The porous pipe has a dipping angle of 40-60 °, more specifically, 45 °.
