Provided is an energy neutral house type plant cultivating system using an underground pigpen. The plant cultivating system comprises: a house installed on the ground to cultivate plants; a pen buried under the ground beneath the house and constructed to raise livestock; a livestock dung storage for collecting the livestock dung discharged from the livestock; an anaerobic fermentation device for generating bio-gas by using the livestock dung collected in the livestock dung storage; a gas storage device for collecting and storing the bio-gas generated from the anaerobic fermentation device; a gas separation device for separating methane (CH_4) and carbon dioxide contained in the bio-gas stored in the gas storage device; and carbon dioxide storage for filtering the carbon dioxide separated from the gas separating device to supply the carbon dioxide to the house.
