PURPOSE: Provided is to effectively manage inspection information and materials installed on a telephone pole. CONSTITUTION: A management server (300) comprises a database (310) storing information on a telephone pole which will be provided from a plurality of terminals and a controller controlling the operation of the database. A telephone pole management device (100) comprises a wireless local communications module (140) communicating about the information through one among RFID, Zigbee, and UWB; a display part (110) displaying information related to information on telephone pole management; and a control part (120) controlling the operation of the display part and the wireless local communications module. A terminal (200) transmits the telephone pole management information including the date and name of an inspector to the management server and the management server, if a time value is higher than a predetermined value after receiving a request for managing the telephone pole from the telephone pole management device.
